Aware's Limited Warranty for Custom Hearing Protection – Guaranteed Custom Fit 

Your custom hearing protection is backed by a warranty covering a period of up to six (6) months from the date of product delivery to the Purchaser. This warranty extends to protect against feedback, defective materials, and workmanship issues. To initiate a warranty claim, it is essential that the Purchaser submits a written request to the Seller within the six (6) month timeframe. Under the terms of this guarantee, there will be no charge for the remake of the product, provided that there is no alteration in the material or type of item originally purchased. Please Note: For the warranty to remain valid, the Customer must clearly indicate any specific locations of ear piercings. Any ear piercings will render this warranty null and void if Purchaser did not notify and specify location of piercings.
